All Sales are Final. Custom and stock signs can not be returned and cannot be refunded once production has started.

Shipping Information
Standard Shipping
We ship our products via FedEx. Our standard method is FedEx Ground, the most
reliable. Once your order is processed with us, we CONFIRM your order and
supply a “tracking number” which you can use to contact FedEx (either by phone
at 1•800•Go•FedEx or (800) 463-3339 or on the web at
FedEx Ground Tracking). Our
shipping rates ONLY reflect shipment to the CONTINENTAL UNITED
STATES. Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and International
customers please email us for a shipping price quote (Shipping
Quote). NO C.O.D.'s.
Express Shipping
Please contact us for Express Shipping rates (Express
Shipping). Express shipping service is provided through the USPS and all packages are insured against breakage. All USPS insurance claims must be filed by the customer. We do not recommend USPS shipments due to the possibility of mishandling.
Shipping Address
All orders must be shipped to a physical
location. We DO NOT ship to Post Office boxes.
Shipping Damages
We make every effort to package our products to stringent quality control
shipping methods to prevent glass breakage. If your newly purchased neon sign
arrives damaged, please do not attempt to repair the sign yourself. Within 24
hours of receiving your sign, please feel free to contact us either by phone or
email (Customer
Service). One of our customer service
representatives will be glad to help you resolve the matter. We are here to
help. We are not responsible for damages incurred as a result of product
misuse or improper customer handling. All claims in response to expedited shipments sent via USPS are the responsibility of the customer.
